"Pretty damn close customization"
The name and colors came out mostly right, so I’m happy with it. Not perfect, but close enough that I can’t be too annoyed about it

"Okay, but thinner than I hoped"
It’s fine overall, I guess. The material feels decent and the print does look nice, so I can’t say it’s bad. But it’s definitely thinner than I expected, and I kept noticing how thin it felt. For the price, it’s okay, but again, it just feels a bit too thin to call it great. I might order again if it was on sale, but I wouldn’t pay more unless the material was a little better.

"Return got sorted, just took a bit"
So... the return process definitely took longer than I expected, and I had to reach out twice to get things moving. In the end, they did fix the issue and processed my refund, so I can’t complain too much. Not a perfect experience, but it worked out okay

I ordered from collegiatehouse.com and, the turnaround was decent. It did ship a little later than I was hoping for, which was kind of annoying because I kept checking like, okay… is this moving or what? But to be fair, it still showed up in time for when I needed it, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the shipping updates were clearer instead of leaving me guessing. Overall, no major issues and I’d probably order from them again.

"Sizing was totally off"
I ordered my usual size the second I tried it on I was like, nope. It fit weirdly tight in some spots, and the sleeves were way too long. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of fixing it or returning it. Probably won’t order from here again.

"Pretty quick, honestly"
Got my order in about a week, so my first reaction was that shipping was solid. Tracking updated like it should. The box showed up a little bent, which had me judging it for a second, but everything inside was fine.

"Easy to use, with just a couple small hiccups"
I used Collegiatehouse to browse around after a friend mentioned it to me, and it was easy to get the hang of. The pages are simple, and I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of menus to find the main info I was looking for.
It worked well on my phone too, which I appreciated. The photos and details loaded fine for the most part, though a couple of pages did feel a little slower than I expected.
Overall, it’s a good site and not confusing to use. I’d probably recommend it to someone else, but I’d give it 5 stars if the search and filter options were a bit smoother.

"I’m really annoyed with the support..."
I’m really annoyed with the support team. They took days to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply wasn’t even useful. Feels like they just wasted my time and didn’t take the issue seriously.

"Felt like I paid too much for what it was"
At first, the prices didn’t seem too bad, but once all the fees were added and I saw what was actually included, I was disappointed. The service was okay, nothing terrible, but for student housing it just didn’t feel like good value.
